We love companies that manufacture things, but will consider several business types within our industries including niche manufacturing, branded products, distribution & storage, testing & certification, and software businesses.

We work with companies that sell B2B or B2C.

We prefer US-based companies with minimum EBITDA of $2M, a history of profitability, low cyclicality, and well-positioned competitive advantages. We work with family/founder-owned businesses.

We make control equity investments but will consider select minority equity investment situations.
